I had a mixed experience with Blujack. While their products are of good quality and the website is easy to use, the customer service could be improved. I had an issue with my recent order and it took longer than expected to get a resolution. However, I appreciate that they eventually resolved the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
