Cafe Manna has a reputation in Madison of being phenomenal. But the last time we went, the food we received was awful. Half the food wasn't even fully cooked. We got partially cooked steamed or boiled sweet potatoes that were soggy and raw in the middle and a portabella melt with cheap bread and so little cheese, we had to take it apart to find any. I get restaurants are hit hard with COVID, but lowering your standards to this level is not how you're going to get through it. Will never go again.
