I've been a customer of Sprint Prepaid Group for a while now and I must say, their service is average. The coverage is decent in most areas, but there are places where I struggle to get a signal. The customer support is also just average, nothing exceptional. Overall, it's an okay option if you're looking for a prepaid option, but there are better ones out there.
