As a CUSTOMER, I have to say that Mobi - mobility insight has provided an average service. While they have some good features, I feel like there is room for improvement. They need to work on their user interface and make it more intuitive. The pricing is also a bit on the higher side compared to other similar companies. Overall, they are not bad but not great either.
