As a customer of Mid-Iowa Computers for the past few years, I can confidently say that their services are average at best. While they do get the job done, their response time and level of expertise could certainly improve. I have encountered a few issues with their technicians not fully understanding the problem and taking a long time to resolve it. Despite these drawbacks, their prices are reasonable and their customer service is friendly.
