I am a customer of Embedded Logix Inc and I have had a pretty average experience with them. The products they offer are decent and serve their purpose, but I feel that their customer service could be improved. The response time to my queries was a bit slow and there were occasions where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, I would rate them as average.
