My experience with Ohio Ind Auto Dealers Association INC was not what I expected. The staff was not very knowledgeable and seemed disinterested in helping me find the right car. The whole process felt rushed and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a reliable vehicle. Their website, ohiada.org, was also lacking in information and difficult to navigate. Overall, I was highly dissatisfied with my experience.
