As a long-time customer of the Catholic Diocese of Parramatta, I must say that their services have been consistently average. While they provide the necessary resources, the overall experience leaves much to be desired. The website is often clunky and difficult to navigate, causing frustration and wasted time. Despite these shortcomings, the staff is generally helpful and friendly, making up for some of the website's shortcomings. I hope to see improvements in the future, particularly regarding the user interface and website functionality.
