I've had a mixed experience with Bicycle NSW. While their products are good quality, the customer service can be hit or miss. I've had instances where they were helpful and prompt, but there have been other times where I felt ignored or received incorrect information. Overall, it's an okay experience, but there's room for improvement in their customer service department.
