😊 The Ostomy Support Group Of Mid Hudson has been a lifeline for me after my ostomy surgery. The support and understanding I've received from this group have been truly incredible. It's nice to just be able to talk openly with others who have gone through similar experiences and not feel judged. The meetings are not only educational but also a place to share laughs and stories. I'm grateful for this community and the friendships I've made here.
