Pottstown school district has excellent AP courses...

Pottstown school district has excellent AP courses for advanced students. They also have amazing educational opportunities for students with learning disabilities. The staff is respectful and attentive to parents input. Sadly, this amazing district is underfunded. As an involved parent, I have attended every board meeting and see what the inner workings of the district are like. The board makes important decisions daily and rarely get the props they deserve. I'm not from pottstown, but have lived here for 20 years. That said, I've had three students excel in this district. My older children graduated from North Penn.
The extra curricular activities are supreme and the productions of Broadway musical theater is done well. The students who WANT to learn here are getting a fantastic education. Superintendent, Stephen Rodriguez is the best man to see us into the future. We are proud to attend pottstown school district.
