I had high hopes when I came across this company and their website, icqglobal.com. Unfortunately, my experience with Iisg - icq was disappointing. The product I received was not as described, and the customer service was unhelpful in resolving the issue. It took multiple attempts and a lot of back-and-forth to get a refund. I would not recommend this company to others.
