Working with Lauren at The Natural Sapphire Company has made engagement ring shopping easier than I ever could have imagined! After some extensive searching on their website, I selected a specific padparadscha sapphire that I was interested in viewing in person. They were able to accommodate an appointment for me that same week. Once there, I was shown the requested sapphire as well as several others in my price range of slightly varying colors and sizes. Next, Lauren helped me create a custom setting/band with side stones, based off a few different options. After roughly a dozen emails over several days and and multiple digital renditions (I am indecisive), my custom ring was created and ready for me in less than two weeks. After the proposal, the ring needed to be resized (my fault for guessing!), which they did for me in just two business days at no cost. Overall, I could not be happier with the quality of the piece and customer service that I received. My one word of warning: if possible, try not rely entirely on images/digital renditions when making your decision, as pictures on the website may not show the true color of the stone in certain light settings.
