I had a great experience with the Center of Recovery & Exercise (CORE). The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. I went to CORE for physical therapy after a knee surgery, and the therapists were able to tailor a program specifically to my needs. They pushed me to work hard, but always made sure I was comfortable and not pushing myself too far. I would highly recommend CORE to anyone in need of physical therapy or exercise programs. The expertise and care provided by the staff at CORE is top-notch.
