I continue to struggle to get a straight answer from my agent, and he was unacceptably unprofessional with me last week. I would NOT recommend. ** edit**

I have nothing against him personally, but the way the office handles non-post payments needs to be addressed. They ve cancelled my account without notification of my payment not going through. I had updated the information when I manually made my payment last month and I didn't receive any notification that my payment had not gone through. In this day and age you d imagine they d be able to send an electronic reminder that the payment hadn t gone through. I have seriously never had this much of a struggle with any company and payments before.
