I've been to several local breweries but Origin Malting & Brewing has quickly become one of my favorites. The beer selection is impressive and they always have something new and exciting on tap. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the overall experience enjoyable. The tastings are reasonably priced and the ambiance is cozy.
