Interviewed with this company. The owner went out of their way to stress their core values and be extra communicative even texting me. Had two really good interviews and as proceeded to be ignored by the owner, no longer able to answer texts or emails or a simple get lost. Seems like their core values are followed when convenient.

I was done a favor however, if they treat a potential employee like that, I can only imagine how poorly their current employees are treated.

Also bizarrely bragged about how they weren't following VOSHA rules for covid-19 in their office and how no one has been infected yet, as if tempting fate is somehow a significant achievement putting employees at risk.
