Very friendly delivery person here. Signs for receipt in our name yourself and then leaves it in front of the front door along the street. So we have lost a package in this way. We found out after our son, a repaired cell phone that was sent back, found in front of the front door. In the meantime we had received an email that we ourselves had accepted the package and signed it for receipt while no one was at home.
