I recently tried yoga at shantiyogami.com and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of instruction. The instructor was patient and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable and welcome. The studio had a calming atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. I would definitely return for more classes. Highly recommended!
