I recently purchased a product from this company and overall I had a decent experience. The product was delivered on time and in good condition. However, I felt that the customer service could have been better. The representatives were polite but not very helpful in resolving my issue. I would consider buying from Warren Wenz Aba again but I hope the customer service improves.
