I only give a 4 instead of 5 because I have never actually bought a house from them. They are friends of my family, great people, and passionate about what they do. I have been in a few homes they have worked on and they do a great job. From knowing them, I can imagine that buying a home with their help would be a great experience and when my family and I are ready to make that step, they will be our first call.
