I recently purchased some outdoor gear from this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a wide range of products to choose from. However, there were a few issues that affected my overall satisfaction. Firstly, the checkout process was a bit confusing and took longer than expected. Secondly, the delivery of my order was delayed by a few days, which was somewhat disappointing. Additionally, the customer service I received when I inquired about the delay was satisfactory but not exceptional. On the positive side, the quality of the products I purchased was good and exactly as advertised.
