The experience I had with GKB Lens Pvt. Ltd. Kolkata was average. The glasses I purchased were decent, but I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and pricing. The delivery was prompt, but the overall experience was not exceptional. I would consider trying other eyewear stores in the future.
