I can't express how much I enjoyed my stay at the Echaurren hotel gastronomico. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the service was impeccable. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing. I especially loved their unique twist on traditional dishes. I will definitely be coming back.
