I have been a customer of Yunnan Coal & Energy for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The company provides reliable coal and energy products, but their customer support could be improved. I have encountered a few issues with my orders in the past and it took some time to get them resolved. Overall, Yunnan Coal & Energy is an okay company to work with.
