I recently ordered some chemicals from an online supplier. The products were excellent, and the delivery was prompt. However, I did not have a pleasant experience with their customer service. They were unhelpful and rude. Considering the quality of the products, I might consider purchasing from them again, but I hope they improve their customer service.
