I have been going to Pilates rox for 6 months now ...

I have been going to Pilates rox for 6 months now and I absolutely love it! The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxing. I have noticed a significant improvement in my strength and flexibility since I started. Highly recommend!
