The website at wererealize.de is really well-designed and easy to navigate. I found what I needed quickly without any hassle. The customer service was also helpful when I had a question. However, I was disappointed with the product I received. It didn't meet my expectations and had some issues. In terms of the website and customer service, it was great. But the product itself was not up to standard.
