I recently engaged with a development company in hopes of transforming my property. The process was relatively smooth, with the team demonstrating a decent level of professionalism. However, I couldn't shake the feeling that my vision wasn't fully understood, resulting in a slightly underwhelming outcome. The communication, though adequate, left room for improvement as I found myself having to clarify certain aspects multiple times. While the end result was acceptable, there was a lack of that extra touch that would have truly set it apart. Overall, I'd say it was an average experience, and although I appreciate the effort, I believe there is potential for improvement in understanding and executing their clients' visions more accurately.
