I recently purchased a 🏡 from this company and the process was relatively smooth. The realty team was helpful in guiding me through the available options, but I found the construction team's communication a bit lacking. The quality of the build is decent, but there were a few minor issues that needed addressing after moving in. The website could be more user-friendly and informative about the properties. Overall, it was an average experience, and I'm satisfied with the end result, although there were some areas that could be improved upon.
