I recently hired a local irrigation company for some work on my property and I must say I had a mixed experience. While the technicians were knowledgeable and did a decent job with the installation, I found the communication and scheduling to be quite lacking. It took longer than expected for them to get back to me and I had to follow up multiple times. Additionally, there were some discrepancies between the initial quote and the final bill, which was a bit frustrating. However, I do appreciate the quality of the work done and the system seems to be functioning well so far. Overall, I would say it was an average experience – decent work but some room for improvement in terms of customer service and communication.
