The place is great because the people working there have great knowledge about the products and make terrific recommendations. I have visited the store twice and these people have made me pick nice racquets both the times.

That said, while I was trying to negotiate for a better price, the owner(?) says something to the effect: "You don't worry about us. If you go, we have other big customers and even if this business goes, we can do other things.", it reeks of arrogance. Honestly, the last thing I will be worried about is people like these who have the choice to do other things. I am not big on this customer service thing but that man's attitude was slightly nauseating.

Anyway, I may still go and purchase there for other sports equipments I may need.
