So I have a Mini Cooper 2011 looking to upgrade so I walk into Chrysler dodge Jeep and ram in Lake Norman just trying to figure out what I want to upgrade to I was planning on purchasing at the end of the month I walk in and this gentleman helped me I don t know his name mostly because he didn t tell me we walked on the lot and pretty much all the cars were locked but because I wasn t buying today he told me I couldn t get the key to see inside the salesman didn t display hardly any product knowledge I had to answer my own questions because every question I had he couldn t answer also when I finally found a open car he told me I couldn t test drive it all in all I was very disappointed with the service I was given at this dealership and I can assure you when I m ready to purchase I will go somewhere else because maybe there they actually train there employees how to provide excellent customer service.
