Since the opening of the Nangang Island Line, the journey to the Ocean Park is no longer a small travel-like feeling. Just like this night, starting from Tsim Sha Tsui to take the MTR to the Marriott Hotel next to Ocean Park, it takes about half an hour to arrive, almost the same time as going to Tin Hau or Kennedy Town, much more convenient than imagined.

There are 4 restaurants in the Marriott Hotel, including the boudoir, the buffet restaurant, the bar and the Chinese restaurant Nanhai Xiaoguan . "Nanhai Small Pavilion" is the main Shunde cuisine. In addition to a variety of Shunde River fresh to taste, we also ordered a number of Shunde side dishes and desserts.

Among the appetizers, my favorite is cold fish skin ($128). Many times when the fish skin is mentioned today, it seems that it will immediately be related to the salted egg yolk. In fact, in addition to crispy fish skin, cold fish skin is also a traditional Chinese way of eating, although I have already had many versions of the salad that I have not eaten for many years. This night's Nanhai small restaurant's cold fish skin, used Chinese cultured carp skin, seasoned with ginger onion and sesame oil, the entrance is fresh, the texture is cool, this cold dish is no more than the evil salted egg yolk. The fried fish skin is low.

As for the staple food, the most memorable thing is the Shunde fish bream ($188), shrimp seeds, seaweed, pomelo and
Scallion and pork fried rice ($168).

In Shunde, the fish soup is removed, and the milky white soup head is filled with fish meat, as well as the fungus and silk, and the food is rich in texture and delicious. I don t want to eat a bowl every day~

Shrimp seeds, seaweed, pomelo, and pomelo peels are instant, which is quite tasty.



In addition, the steamed mustard blue ($168), the steamed mustard blue with the faint plum kernels is delicious.

As for other dishes of the night, there are also Shunde hometown geese ($288), Fengcheng fried chicken pieces ($208), and Xijiang squid and honey-flavored pork ($168).

Galangal juice stew ($58), although according to the store, this stew is a good milk that replaces the traditional recipe with Hokkaido milk from Japan. The effect is also very good, the milk is fragrant, and the ratio of ginger to milk is balanced. Sleek sweet ginger stew, feel moist and warm stomach after eating.

The dishes of the Nanhai Pavilion at this night are all very tasteful, and the dining environment is comfortable and spacious. I look forward to visiting my family and friends next time.
