I recently used an industrial networking solution from hms-networks.com, and overall, it was a decent experience. The product itself worked fine, but the customer support was a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to get assistance, and the representatives seemed a bit disinterested. However, the product did meet our requirements, so I would consider using HMS Industrial Networks again in the future.
