Mary & John helped us sell or home in Chatham. They helped out with so many big and little things. They have 2 distinct styles/skills that come together like a superhero team. Here are some of the things they did beyond all the "basic" marketing, listings, open houses. They got our municipal certificates in order, they helped me find a lawyer, they helped me find a mold person, helped me find an asbestos company, they helped me find a repairman, they removed a bed frame, they opened the door for various contractors, they saved a deal by working all parties involved, they remembered old leads from prior open houses to give them updates on price reductions, and many many other things. They were also versatile and communicated over email, phone, text, and in-person. Even after living there a while, I dont think I have ever met someone who was so connected with the internal network of that town. If you are considering selling a home, I would definitely take a moment to meet Mary W and John T.
