I am very very VERY dissatisfied with this company...
I am very very VERY dissatisfied with this company. I was told I could only purchase the product first then fly out and get trained on the equipment. So since that was my option I purchased a $16000 unit from them based on their recommendation for my intended use. Due to timing and work schedule I couldn't fly out to them as they wanted me to right away. I then made an effort to meet them at World of Concrete in Las Vegas and also read any material they sent me. Also emailed and talked on the phone with support to get my settings tuned in right. Eventually come to find out my intended usage was misunderstood and another unit would work better for me. HOWEVER since I waited too long to return the unit I can not send it back for the other option. They will not accept it back but want me to buy the unit I actually could use. One of the reps came down and spent MAYBE 30 mins to show another unit and use our unit to make sure our usage would benefit from the other unit. However his trip down here got delayed due to the death of my father. Therefore things dragged on for him to finally come down due to my loss. Once he finally came down we all agreed the other unit would work better for me. He later tried to tell me they have tried to help me and his trip down was for me which is untrue. He spent very little time with me and rushed off cause he said he had multiple other stops to make while in Houston. Me and my employee were in disbelief, we thought he was coming down to actually help us out. I trusted their recommendation since I knew very little from the start and they pointed me in the wrong direction, now it is my fault and I am taking the hit from their misunderstanding of my intended use and business. At first they refused to take it back, then they said they would take it back. Then once more they said they will not be accepting it cause the boss said it was past the return time. I have left multiple messages on the boss's number and asked our rep to have his boss call multiple times. His boss was out of town at first but now that has been almost 2 weeks ago since his return and still no phone call. I wanted "the boss" to hear my story and tell him how I was tricked into buying this unit. Unfortunately it seems the boss is a reflection of this company. Still no phone call. Had my rep shut me down after saying they would accept it back. If only his boss called me to begin with I could have gave him the full scoop instead of going back and forth on accepting it back. They tried to point me to someone who may buy the system from me but that's taking a big lose instead of DOING THE RIGHT THING and switching out my unit with the one best fitting. I was even willing to pay the extra few thousand for the unit proper for our needs. Now I am just in disbelief at how this company operates. That I STILL have not had a call back from "the boss" after repeated attempts. And keep in mind my unit is not even a year old and still BRAND NEW. I never officially used it for business because everything that happened and not doing the training. **STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. PLENTY OTHER GPR COMPANIES OUT** Strongly considering filing a deceptive trade lawsuit against these crooks!!
