Ips parts is an average company. Their website, ipspartsonline.com, is easy to navigate and has a good selection of parts. However, I found their prices to be a bit high compared to other online retailers. The customer service was average, as my inquiries were answered in a timely manner but I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to assist me. Overall, I had an okay experience with Ips parts.
