I had an overall average experience with Rotashift. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I faced some challenges while setting up my account. The customer support team was helpful but took longer than expected to resolve the issue. Once everything was set up, the scheduling features worked well and made managing shifts a breeze. Overall, it's a decent platform for shift scheduling, but there is room for improvement.
