My experience with Jkn consulting has been mixed. While their consultants are knowledgeable and their services generally meet expectations, there have been instances where communication was lacking. Sometimes it took longer than expected to receive responses, which caused delays in our projects. However, when the communication was smooth, the consultants delivered valuable insights and recommendations. Overall, I would rate them as an above-average consulting company.
