We have bought and sold several homes in our lifetime, selling by owner 2 times and realtors several times. Selling on our own was risky not knowing if we were leaving money on the table and I think we did, and we also couldn t see paying 7% for something we had done before on our own. My wife researched and found Homes that Click, and we emailed them. Deb contacted us and we met her and Jerry at our house where we were blown away with their presentation and research, and we signed up that Sunday. Six days later , we were in contract with a full price plus offer that ended in us closing and selling our home saving us thousands of dollars. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.
