As a theater enthusiast, I have seen my fair share of Shakespearean performances. However, the experience I had with Shakespeare Behind Bars INC was unlike any other. The raw emotion and vulnerability displayed by the actors was truly captivating. The fact that these performances take place within a prison adds an extra layer of depth and meaning to the work. I was moved to tears and left with a new appreciation for the power of theater. This is an organization that is truly making a difference.
