Considered cancelling an order the day after I submitted order but sales rep is sending me a $25 cancellation and $28.00 digitization fee which was not shown on the Invoice that was sent to me. I will definitely not be dealing with this company in the future and I'm considering filing a complaint with the BBB. Unnecessary stress from unscrupulous sales rep especially when I'm busy trying to make sales during a slow period.
