I recently booked a trip through a travel agency and it was a disaster. The customer service was terrible and they didn't deliver on what they promised. But then I found Monotrip and they completely restored my faith in travel agencies. Their website is easy to use and the prices are reasonable. I had a great experience booking with them and will definitely use them again in the future.
