I had an average experience with an events company I hired for a recent conference. While they were able to deliver the event as planned, there were a few areas where improvements could have been made. The team lacked a bit of creative flair and some aspects of the event felt generic. However, they were professional and handled the logistics effectively. Overall, I would say it was a decent experience.
