I lived in this place in 97' these type of program...

I lived in this place in 97' these type of programs need to be in better neiborhoods not Chicago neighborhoods. You know.. take Chicago kids, these type of programs, and put them in areas 3-4 hours away from the city!! Neighborhoods that don't offer much if any crime even similar to that of Chicago it's hard to dreamwhen u can't go to sleep!!
