Such an unprofessional guys! I use their app trackwise parent app. Ridiculous app. Though we need to pay through school, it won't work most of the times, showing past dates position. Day 1 onwards, the app won't work on Saturdays as well even if it is a working day.

No response from their support even after multiple reminders. It makes no sense that they simply reply to the google play feedback with their support email address and support phone number. No one will pick the call most of the times and they don't respond to the emails at all. Its nearly impossible for them to get to fix the issues.
