I used Walker360 because we'd always done business with EBSCO, and I am a little bit lazy and didn't want to search for another vendor. I really seek out one thing in a vendor, and that is one point of contact. One person that I can talk to, who will answer the phone or an email in a timely fashion. You guys have that, and I will use you when I need another order, which is actually right now, come to think of it. :)
