Go here at 1 am and you will hear the song bootyman and all the staff will dance and sing it...great atmosphere and they always make sure everything is right if something comes up. Well went here yesterday though and got the worst service ever!! This place lately has been getting worse and worse with service as each day goes by. There were about 6 other couples in the restaurant because of the weather outside and it took our waitress 10 minutes to come and grab our beer order, then we decided to order just an app because it was 3 in the afternoon and was that odd time between lunch and dinner so we did not want a full meal. She said really that's it? Then brought us out our beer after 5 minutes of me seeing our drink order sitting at the bar waiting to be picked up by her and then she brought out our apps and then never came back to see how it was and we waited 15 minutes after finishing our app for her to come back for our bill. Go to a different Uccellos unless you like being disappointed in every aspect of service.
