I recently booked a tour package with The travel planners and it was a decent experience. The itinerary was well-planned and the accommodations were satisfactory. The tour guide provided was knowledgeable and friendly. However, I felt that the overall experience could have been better in terms of communication and responsiveness from the company. Despite this, I had a good trip and would consider booking with them again.
